A surprising eBay listing went up recently for a notebook that was filled out by a man who sat in on the now-infamous Depp-Heard trial , taking detailed notes about everything that went down , including some moments that weren’t caught by cameras.
The price has already ramped up to a rather shocking number for just a simple notebook, but maybe that’s to be expected with how high-profile this case has been.
On June 1, the jury at the Depp-Heard trial announced their verdict.

They found Heard guilty of defaming her ex-husband in a Washington Post article from 2018, and awarded Depp $15 million in damages, which was later capped at $10.35 million.
The trial dominated the news cycle both during the proceedings and afterward, with both parties putting out statements about the matter.
Now, others present at the trial are making headlines.

Like one man from Kentucky named Larry Forman.
Forman sat in on the trial one day and took notes, having explained to TMZ that it was a one-off moment, but his friends told him to keep going and record everything that happened.
So he did, and he finished with a packed notebook.

At the end of the trial, he’d written about 20 pages worth of notes per day. Some loose sheets tucked inside have notes from May 17, while the notebook itself was filled out between May 23 and 26.
His notes contain insight into things that couldn’t be captured by the cameras, like juror reactions.
With the trial done, Forman has decided to sell his notebook.

The title of his listing reads, “TOP SECRET: Johnny Depp Jury Trial Notes on Juror’s Reactions to Amber Heard” , and at the time of writing this, the current bid is $14,469.
Forman isn’t planning on keeping this money. Instead, a banner on the listing shows that all net proceeds will be donated to the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles.
It certainly is a…unique piece of memorabilia.

The listing says the notebook also includes “TOP SECRET NOTES: Johnny Depp jury trial notes on juror’s reactions to Dr. Hughes and Amber Heard — never before seen by the world — (roughly 100+ tweets of top secret information about the jurors).”
The front cover is signed by the author, while the front and back cover is signed by members of the line on May 25.
