A man was arrested at Travis Kelce’s home after trespassing while attempting to serve Taylor Swift deposition papers from Justin Baldoni’s legal team.
The incident happened earlier this month
The incident reportedly took place at around 2 a.m. on Monday, September 15, where a process server delivering deposition papers for Taylor Swift was arrested at her fiancée Travis Kelce’s home for criminal trespassing, according to Star.
This was two days after a judge denied it
The man was at Kelce’s house to deliver deposition papers just two days after a federal judge denied a request to depose Taylor Swift in the ongoing defamation and sexual harassment lawsuits between Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively.
The man was hired by Baldoni
The arrested individual was identified as Justin Lee Fisher, 48, who was hired by Baldoni’s legal team. It’s reported that he is a former police officer turned private investigator.
Fisher was confronted by security at Travis’ gated property, according to a Leawood Police Department report.
He’s being charged with trespassing

Official documents on the incident confirmed that Fisher has been charged with unlawfully entering private premises as he jumped a fence into the restricted area.
Fisher gave a quick statement

The arrested man gave a short statement, saying, “I’ll be happy to talk to you about it when it is resolved. [I] wasn’t hurt or anything besides being arrested for doing my job and possibly losing my [private eye] license.” He declined to say anything further.
He’s scheduled to appear in court

The private investigator is scheduled to appear in Leawood Municipal Court on October 15.
Fisher reportedly worked for the Fort Scott Police Department between 2013 and 2021, serving part time in law enforcement until 2023 before his license was revoked for five years due to a domestic incident, according to the Kansas Commission on Peace Officer’s Standards and Training.
This stems from a bigger case
This incident comes as part of a larger legal battle between actress Blake Lively and actor-director Justin Baldoni.
Lively filed a case against Baldoni back in December claiming that he harassed her on the set of It Ends With Us, with Baldoni filing a counter-suit for defamation.
