Goldie Hawn is no longer an empty nester.
The actress is the mother of three kids: Kate , Wyatt, and Oliver. All three kids are grown up and have families of their own.
But one of her kids recently came crawling back, much to any parent’s dismay, and he’s enjoying all the comforts that come with living with Mom again!
Keep reading to find out who it is!
We all know who Kate Hudson is.
She’s a mother, actress, and entrepreneur behind the brand, Fabletics.
She first rose to fame after her Oscar-winning performance in the film, Almost Famous .
But, of course, she’s also known for a lot more than that.
She starred in a slew of romantic comedies after that, such as How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days , Fool’s Gold , and Bride Wars .
All iconic movies if you ask me.
But there’s another famous Hudson in Hollywood, and it’s time we get to know him.
Oliver Hudson is the brother to Kate Hudson and son to Goldie Hawn and Bill Hudson. He’s an actor, husband, and father to three kids, Rio Laura, Bodhi Hawn, and Wilder Brooks.
Like Kate, Oliver doesn’t talk to their biological father, Bill.
This started after Goldie and Bill separated 18 months after Kate was born.
Oliver has never been shy to trash his father.
He once wrote a “Father’s Day” post to Bill on Instagram, writing “Happy Abandonment Day.” In return, Bill retaliated.
In an interview with The Daily Mail , Bill said that his two kids were “dead” to him and that he urged his kids to stop using his surname if they wanted no relation with him.
Thankfully, Kate and Oliver found a stable father figure in Hawn’s partner, Kurt Russell.
The pair have been together for over 37 years without getting married.
When asked why they never made things official, Russell said that “the marriage certificate wasn’t going to create anything that otherwise we wouldn’t have.”
Given their causal thoughts on marriage, it was surprising when Oliver revealed that it was his mom who convinced him to propose to his now-wife, Erinn Bartlett!
While appearing on E!’s Daily Pop , he said that the push was struck when he showed his mom the jewelry he got Erinn for Christmas.
“She’s the one who says, ‘What are you doing? Do you want to spend the rest of your life with this person or not?’ And I said, ‘Yes, I do. I’m deeply in love but I’m just scared,'” recalled Hudson.
In response, Hawn said, “It’s a token. You don’t have to get married right away.’ And so I gave her the ring and it was very scary and we were engaged for two and a half years.”
Some more things may start to rub off on Oliver now that he’s back living with his mom!
This isn’t some Failure to Launch type deal, as some may think when they hear an adult son is moving back in with his mommy. It all comes down to The Cleaning Lady star’s home renovations.
“We’re remodeling the house, and instead of renting a place I’m like, ‘Yeah, let’s just go back home, Oliver told ‘E!’s Daily Pop.’
“So I am living with Mom and Dad, kids are here, my son is literally over that shoulder right now. You can see his little head, he’s sleeping,” Hudson said, while motioning behind him to a bed.
He’s been enjoying every minute of it so far!
“Yeah, it’s great. Breakfast is made; Mom makes biscuits and gravy and eggs. It’s actually— there’s a chance we won’t leave, I’ll tell you that,” he joked.
We wonder how mom feels about that, especially considering Oliver’s affinity for walking around the house in the n**e!
This has been shown on Instagram on more than one occasion with his famous b**t selfies!
He told Daily Pop that Instagram is a “great place” to express who he is.
“Like, that is fully me,” Oliver said. “If I want to be naked, I am going to be naked. “
“I feel like male n****y is funny…There is nothing s**y about it. It is just sort of weird and funny.”
While he admitted to his wife being used to his naked shenanigans, there’s a good chance that his mother isn’t!
So, we’ll have to wait and see how this Brady Bunch family turns out!
Personally, I am very ready to see all the fun videos that will come out of this living arrangement.
The more the better I say, I’m sure it’ll be nothing but entertaining!
