Most celebs are mainly known for their great work on-screen. But we often forget that they’re real people with private lives, and many of them like to keep their family away from the spotlight.
That’s why it’s surprising to me to find out that some of them have been much busier off-screen than I thought. Busy making babies that is!
Check out these celebs who have much bigger families than I realized.
1. Taylor Hanson
Those Hanson brothers were a sure hit with all the teenagers back in the day. To my surprise, Taylor Hanson also had time to have six kids.
2. James Van Der Beek
I was pretty obsessed with Dawson on Dawson’s Creek . James Van Der Beek’s wife and five kids seem to dig him a lot, too.
3. Alec Baldwin
Alec Baldwin comes from a pretty big family. So, I have to say I’m not as surprised to find out he actually has fathered five kids.
4. Eddie Murphy
Eddie Murphy’s Axel Foley character on Beverly Hills Cop was one of my favorites in the ’80s. Having 10 kids has kept him quite busy since then.

Looks like Jared Padalecki is not only a heartthrob but a devoted family man. Together with his wife, they are raising three beautiful kids.
5. Katherine Heigl
Katherine Heigel has been pretty busy with her film career since leaving Grey’s Anatomy . But little did I know, she now has three kids.
