Zoë Kravitz has shared that she has ‘accidently dosed several people’ on multiple occasions, specifically four times.
The actress shared it in an interview
Kravitz admitted the information during a recent Vanity Fair interview with co-star Austin Butler where the pair took lie detector tests.
The interview is part of their promotions for the recently released movie Caught Stealing.
She’s accidentally dosed people with mushrooms
The 36-year-old actress admitted she has accidentally dosed people with hallucinogens – specifically, magic mushrooms – a shocking four times.
This came when Butler asked her if she had ever accidentally taken them.
He asked her if she herself had taken them
To Burtler’s question, the actress responded, “I’ve never accidentally taken hallucinogenics, but I have accidentally dosed several people.”
“It’s people who went into my fridge when I wasn’t home,” she explained.
People helped themselves to her things
She went on to explain, “It’s happened, like, four times. It happened once when I was shooting Batman. My friend came to visit me from Paris and went into my fridge when I wasn’t there.”
Her friend thought they were chocolates
“And ate the chocolate mushrooms I had sitting there, and called me, and I had to leave work and take care of her. And then a month later, it happened again with another friend,” Kravitz added.
She now keeps things labeled in the fridge
The actress then shared that because of this, she now labels everything in her fridge.
When Butler agreed that would be a good idea, she added, “I also think you don’t go into people’s fridges and just eat, like, unmarked chocolate.”
Kravitz and Butler are starring together
Kravitz and Butler are costars in the movie Caught Stealing, which came out only a couple of days ago on Friday, August 29.
It follows ex-baseball player Hank Thompson who unexpectedly finds himself caught up in the criminal circles of 1990s New York City, per the movie’s IMDb page.
