Heckler Attempts To Steal The Attention
Spencer teared up while making her acceptance speech as she thanked her friends for being there throughout her career. Mid-speech, she joked about keeping her makeup pretty so she won’t mess up her pictures.
While that intimate moment was funny, a heckler yelled at her and tried to steal her attention, saying Hollywood’s Walk of Fame was celebrating rich people. The heckler replied to Ferrell, who said it was a beautiful day to celebrate Spencer.
The man replied, “A Beautiful day to celebrate rich people!”
Ferrell And Spencer Fire Back At The Heckler
Immediately Ferrell clapped back at him proving that his wit isn’t reserved for the screen only.
Crisis averted. Ferrell switched gears and praised his friend, saying she makes everyone better. Spencer also stood up for herself, calling the heckler Satan and refusing to let him ruin her special moment.

Other friends in attendance included Allison B. Janney, Lupita Sanchez Cornejo, and Councilmember Mitch O’Farrell, who all gave speeches about Spencer. The actress then took a short trip down memory lane, saying it took her 15 years to become an overnight sensation.
Spencer used her story to advise her Instagram followers never to give up on their dreams. In her words, preparation meets opportunity, so they should continue doing their part and get ready for their success stories.
