The ladies of The View dish on a lot of subjects every single day — celebrities, politics, unbelievable real stories, and of course, each other. Just when you think you’ve seen it all, longtime host Joy Behar is blowing up the internet after falling off her chair on air.
Thank goodness I’m not being filmed every day or they would have recorded things a lot worse than that.

Joy Behar is going viral after falling during Thursday morning’s episode of “The View.”
After walking out on stage, Joy quickly took a tumble.
“25 years, that has never happened [to me],” Joy says, after being helped up.
“Who do I sue? My husband is home laughing, I bet,” she added.
Whoopi Goldberg joked that it “takes a glass of wine to get into the chair.”
Weird, that’s also what I say to my husband every night.
Once getting settled back in, Joy explained what happened, saying: “I went flying!”
This promoted co-host Sara Haines to point out that their chairs are set very “high.”
Thankfully, Joy is doing totally fine following her tumble.
“I just missed the step,” Joy said. “As usual.”
I’m just glad she’s okay — I can’t imagine how mortified she must have been.
If this happened to me, I would have truly just crawled under the table for the rest of the show.
But hey — I guess that’s why they pay her the big bucks! The show must go on, amirite?
Later in the show, Joy took a moment to reflect on the seriousness of falling, especially as you get older.
“Well, you know, I fall a lot. The main thing, just to talk seriously, when Bob Saget fell, he died. If you hit your head and you feel dizzy or you have blurred vision or you feel like you want to go to sleep, go to the doctor because that will kill you.”
“But I’ve fallen a lot,” she added.
“I fall all the time. I’m a klutz! But this chair, this chair was like the exorcist. It was spring!”
“But you know what? I’m going to make a resolution,” she continued.
“I’m going to make my behind a little bigger, just for the purpose of the chair.”
Now that’s a resolution I can get behind!
