Black For ‘Euphoria’ Q&A
The White Lotus actress stepped out with casts of the hit HBO show Euphoria on Sunday for an awards season Q&A for Euphoria , accompanying a screening of season 2’s fifth episode , “Stand Still Like The Hummingbird,” which was a break-out episode for so many reasons involving Sweeney’s character in the show.
The 25-year-old looked super stylish in a black-on-black ensemble which featured a black mini dress stopping just above her knee, revealing a good part of her toned thighs and gorgeous legs.
She paired the short dress with an unbuttoned oversized black blazer revealing the bow tie detailing at the top of her dress and the white collar. She flipped the blazer sleeves showing off a patterned inner that added color to her outfit.
The Right Pairing
Sweeney added a schoolgirl twist to her look by pairing the dress with knee-high socks, which had striped detailing on one part and plain black on the other.
She wore black high-heel pumps, which elevated her legs and doubled her height (the perfect way to rock this dress). The actress paired the ensemble with a white mini bag with long straps as she styled her short honey-colored hair in a deep middle part and added funky clips while tucking a part behind her ears showing a black diamond stud.
The star paired her look with simple makeup, including a powdery eye shadow look and soft pink lipstick.
Sweeney On Cassie In ‘Euphoria’
The actress spoke on her character and future plans for Cassie in the Q&A stating that Euphoria would be a family for her character moving forward. According to her,
“Stand Still Like The Hummingbird” revealed Cassie’s secret relationship with Jacob Elordi, which strained her friendship with Maddie and changed the entire course of the season.
However, creator Sam Levinson initially wrote an entirely different version of the season but a crucial cast member revealed that the plan for episode 5 has always remained a constant.
‘Euphoria’ Season 3
The hit series is expected to make a return to the big screens by late 2023, as filming for season 3 will commence in February 2023 which means everyone will be returning to set almost a year since the season 2 finale, and we can’t wait for what season 3 holds.
