Stephen Twitch Boss’s family experienced a difficult day on December 13 when it was revealed that he had committed suicide. Despite this, Allison, Stephen’s wife, has been doing everything she can to support their three children.
However, The late DJ Jockey, who passed away suddenly, reportedly did not leave a will, so his widow has petitioned a California court for spousal property rights to take custody of half of the late entertainer’s estate.

Allison Requested For All Of Twitch Assets
Holker, 35, asked for the “property passing to the surviving spouse or surviving registered domestic partner without administration” in court documents reviewed by The Blast , which would mean that all of his assets would be transferred into her name.
Asking For Asset Gathered Throughout Their Marriage
She was asking the court to grant her a share of the assets and holdings they gathered throughout their marriage, including any TV royalties.
According to the court document, Allison asked for Stephen’s share of Stephen Boss Productions, Goldman Sachs investment account, royalties from Cast and Crew Production Services, Disney Worldwide Services, Inc., GEP Talent Services, LLC, and SAG/AFTRA.
Why Holker filed the legal paperwork wasn’t immediately clear.
Where His Body Was Discovered
In a Los Angeles hotel room on December 13, 2022, Boss was discovered dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.
Employees at the hotel where he was discovered stated that when he checked in for just one evening and brought only “one small bag” with him, he did not appear to be “visibly upset.”

Planting A Tree In Honor Of Twitch
The announcement of the legal actions followed the planting of a tree in Boss’ honor earlier this week at the Ellen DeGeneres-named gorilla conservation campus in Rwanda.

DeGeneres Mourned Twitch
DeGeneres, 65, started working with Boss in 2014 as a guest DJ on her talk show. By 2020, he had advanced to the position of co-executive producer.
In a video she posted to Instagram after Boss passed away, DeGeneres sobbed and said, “We’ll never make sense of” the passing of the adored performer.
