Her fitness trainer shared her glutes and leg combo last fall with intense circuits showing that Vergara means business when it’s time to work out. After exercising, it’s time for the 50-year-old to party with friends and family or go to work and show off the results of her hard work.

Vergara wore a red two-piece fitness set, including skintight leggings and a cropped long-sleeve top flattering her curves as she got to work. She leaned over a bench press with one knee and pulled the other leg in a single-leg-raise with resistance bands.
The bands cause more tension while moving the legs because of the pullback, thus giving the glutes more definitions. Vergara repeated this action while lying flat on a mat and later in a downward dog position. Her caption hinted that her sportswear was courtesy of Walmart fashion.

Vergara’s consistent workout posts on Instagram suggest leg day is her favorite despite being one of the most tasking sets. According to her trainer, Natalia Botero, leg raises are great for working the glutes, abs, lower back, and legs.
It’s the perfect set for combined results, especially when there’s little time to do a full exercise routine. Add equipment like resistance bands and ankle weights for high intensity, like Vergara’s sets.
Supporting A Charitable Cause
Vergara’s latest celebrity outing was at the Baby2Baby gala, a charity event to raise funds for infant care across America. The actress wore a formal black dress with a plunging sweetheart neckline and mono sleeve.
The top showed off her full cleavage while snatching her waist, and the skirt had a small floral applique on the side with a pleated chiffon material lining the “would’ve been slit.” Vergara wore her dark blonde hair down and made up lightly with dark nude makeup and smoky eyeshadow.

Vergara’s partnership with Walmart continues, and she recently toured one of the stores in Bentonville. She shopped at multiple aisles and interacted with fans, including signing some clothes.
