If you already follow Salma Hayek , then you probably know that she is the queen of swimwear photos. For the most part, fans love it, and for the ones who don’t, Salma wants it to be known that she has no plans on stopping any time soon.
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight , the actress opened up about why she has “no shame” in sharing swimsuit photos.
If there’s one thing we know about Salma Hayek, it’s that she is a pro at taking vacation photos.
When the 55-year-old Frida actress is living her best life somewhere tropical, she lets us know by documenting it on social media with a ton of swimsuit photos and we are here for it.

“If you forgot to make your new year’s resolutions, it’s still January. I made mine but I’m adding to the list,” she captioned the fresh-faced photo of herself sitting in the ocean for her more than 20-million Instagram followers.
In an interview with “Entertainment Tonight” in May 2021, Salma revealed that she has no plans to pump the brakes on sharing swimsuit photos on social media.
Not that any of us were complaining.
She explained that she initially started sharing photos from the first week of a vacation she was taking before going back into quarantine mode.
“I’m glad I took a lot of pictures, I have no shame on it, because it was the first week of the vacation,” she said.
She added that taking the photos was a “liberating” experience and that she planned to dole out the rest of the photos over a two-week period, peppering them onto her feed.
“I saved my pictures; I’m not in the same condition today, and I’m spreading the love out like every two weeks,” Salma shared.
She added that she was actually beginning to run out of photos to post.
“I’m going to put up another one. I’m almost running out of them, but I don’t know if you have that feeling, like, 2021!”
She admitted that she is aware some people may be getting tired of seeing the repetitive content.
“People are sick of it, but I’m going to let them take a break,” she joked , adding that they probably think she lives in bathing suits.
She clarified that while the photos seem like they were taken on different days in several different locations, that’s not actually the case.
“They’re going to think I’m wearing a bikini every day. No, they’re all from the same location,” she said .
She also revealed that she had recently reached her goal weight, so she was proud to be taking photos in her bathing suits.
“I had to lose a lot of weight and exercise to get into the bikini towards the end of last year,” she said .

“But after that first week and when I heard that everybody was going back into quarantine, I started eating again,” Salma added.
In the past, Salma has opened up about the health routines she follows to feel her best.
One thing Salma wants everyone to know is that she’s not a fan of diets — she loves food!
“I don’t like to diet and I’m not good at it,” she said on her juice cleanse website, Cooler Cleanse. As you might have guessed, Salma does do the occasional juice cleanse to reboot her system.
“After doing a juice cleanse, I’m motivated to eat healthier and not emotionally,” she said.
Overall, Salma enjoys eating a variety of healthy foods that give her energy.
She typically starts her day with a breakfast of yogurt, berries, and vegetables. Salma also opts for foods high in healthy fats that keep her full.
When it comes to exercise, Salma isn’t a big fan of hitting the gym.
She actually prefers to do short, high-intensity work-outs, but would rather partake in some outdoor activities like scuba diving.
It’s safe to say Salma is an inspiration when it comes to rocking our favorite swimsuits.
Her confidence and dedication to doing what’s best for herself is inspiring and a great reminder for all of us.
