Small screen actor Lance Kerwin who starred in James at 16 and Salem’s Lot is dead. The actor tragically passed away on Tuesday in California. The sad news of his passing was announced by his daughter, Savanah.

The tragic news of Kerwin’s death was announced on Facebook by his daughter, Savanah. However, the cause of death is yet to be disclosed. On her Facebook page , Savanah wrote that more information will be revealed in the coming weeks.

At the age of 13 Kerwin got his first TV role. This was in 1974 when he starred in some episodes of Emergency! Kerwin quickly rose to stardom as a small-screen actor in the 1970s. He guest-starred on TV shows like The Bionic Woman , Gunsmoke, and Wonder Woman . In 1977, he got a role for James at 15.
He Experienced A Pivotal Moment On TV
In the 12th episode, James was meant to lose his virginity. This brought about a change in the title to James at 16. Although the show only ran for a year, Kerwin’s performance was widely praised. After that show, he starred in the 1979 movie Salem’s Lot.
