The documents allege that Pittman cheated on Sidora and sent her screenshots of ‘sexts’ with other women.
Physically Abusive
Pittman is also accused of being physically abusive, that he broke her phone by grabbing it from her last month and saying it belonged to him because he pays for it.
Protecting Her Children
Sidora considered taking their three young children, who are younger than 12, out of Atlanta to Chicago after Pittman became physically aggressive.
Meddling With Money
She also accused him of meddling with her money by withdrawing a large sum from her account. Despite trying couples counseling, the marriage didn’t work out.
Giving A ‘Heads Up’
Pittman asked Sidora to give him a “heads up” before filing for divorce , even letting her file first. On February 27, both filed for divorce, with Sidora filing an hour before Pittman.
Custody Of Their Children
Sidora is seeking primary physical custody; however, the legal custody is joint.
Dates Of Separation
Although both parties filed for divorce at roughly the same time, they list different dates of separation. Sidora claims the date of separation was February 23, while Pittman claims it was February 19, after Sidora threw him a lavish 40th birthday party on February 13.
Divorce Had To Be Done
According to Sidora’s spokesman, the couple has struggled to repair their marriage over the past three years. Despite their differences, they both agree that their marriage is irreparably broken , and they are going their separate ways.
Spousal Support
In his divorce filing, Pittman stated that he wouldn’t pay spousal support to Sidora as she earns enough money from her reality show. He also alleged that she hasn’t financially contributed to their household for most of their relationship.
Car Division
As part of the divorce settlement, Pittman is seeking to keep his Porsche Taycan and 2018 Cadillac, while Sidora can keep her 2021 Cadillac.
RHOA
The couple’s marital problems were revealed on the Bravo reality show, RHOA , in December 2020, where they attended couples counseling. However, they were unable to resolve their issues and instead decided to “table it,” which Drew admitted in a confession during the episode.
