Yep, you read that title right. It’s a weird thing when humans are debating the sexuality of a CGI Instagram influencer, and yet here we are. The world has nothing better to do anyway, right?
If you’re unfamiliar, Lil Miquela is a CGI influencer who has gained over 1.5 million followers since her account debut in late 2016.

This is exactly what Lil Miquela was doing a few weeks ago, as the new “Clavin Klein” ad campaign just dropped and sis was IN IT!
Other models/ musicians like Kendall Jenner, Bella Hadid, Billie Eilish and Shawn Mendes were also featured in commercials for the brand.
The video of Bella and Lil Miquela is the only one people are talking about, though. Why???? Because it features a kiss between the two.

However, the reaction on line has been pretty ANGRY.
This Twitter user felt Calvin Klein was using lesbianism as a “garnish for men.”
Others felt the video was just totally tone deaf and not cute.
Accusing Calvin Klein of exploiting gay culture is a big statement, but is it true???
Perhaps it would have been more brand friendly to use a real gay couple.
