Singer-songwriter and new dad Nick Jonas is enjoying every aspect of being a father. In a recent interview, the musician gushed about his baby girl Malti, who also noted that she has made him experience traveling from a different perspective.
What Does Nick Think After Traveling As A Dad?
Nick and his wife Priyanka Chopra Jonas have been enjoying a lot of firsts since they welcomed their daughter Malti, who is now ten months old. The Sucker singer revealed in an interview with Travel + Leisure that traveling with his family is a totally different experience.
The 30-year-old dad began explaining his experience by joking about the amount of stuff one needed to travel with a baby. He then talked about how astonishing to see places one had visited a million times in the new dimension. Nick added that going on vacations with his wife and daughter has been amazing.
Baby Malti’s First Trip To New York City
Priyanka posted pictures from her daughter’s first trip to New York City on social media in September. In the snaps, the Baywatch actress carried Malti on her lap as the two looked out at the city skyline from a large window.
Malti’s attention was on the sprawling view in the two photos uploaded, a posture that kept her face hidden from the camera. The update was captioned:
“Our first trip to the big .”
Nick And Priyanka Celebrated Malti’s First Diwali
Nick and the Quantico star have celebrated one of India’s most significant holidays of the year in Los Angeles with Malti. The Leave Before You Love Me singer posted photos of their little girl’s first Diwali last month while also sending joy and light to his fans.
In the first image uploaded Nick held his daughter up as they posed for the photo. His little girl wore a beige-colored dress that had the same print as her mom’s outfit. Malti also wore an adorable white floral headband.

A second photo featured Priyanka sitting down while she carried Malti in her lap and Nick sat beside them, holding his daughter’s little finger. Both pictures came with a heart emoji that hid Malti’s face. Nick captioned the post:
“Such a beautiful Diwali celebration with my ♥️. Happy Diwali everyone. Sending joy and light to you all. #diwali.”
Diwali, also known as the “Festival of Lights,” is an annual celebration that takes place over the course of five days. It is mainly celebrated by Hindus but has become a national festival over the years.
Inside Nick and Priyanka’s Journey Into Parenthood
The Only Human singer and his wife welcomed their daughter in January. The couple’s daughter spent her first 100-plus days in the neonatal intensive care unit before she was able to join her parents in their family home.
During an interview with People in June, Nick revealed that Priyanka had been a shoulder to lean on since they began their journey as parents. He is grateful to have a teammate as he continues to enjoy this amazing episode of his life.
