In case you were trying to build up the courage to challenge former heavy weight champion Mike Tyson to a fist fight, I suggest you watch his latest Instagram post first and then decide if you’re still feeling brave enough.
The 53 year old recently posted some terrifying training footage on social media, proving once and for all that although it’s been years since he’s been in the ring, he can still pack one powerful punch.
The boxing legend shared the clip yesterday and it’s quickly gone viral for obvious reasons.
Just watch it for yourself and tell me you don’t somehow feel every single one of those lightening-fast punches.
Don’t blink or you’ll miss the whole thing.
In the comments, celebrities and fans alike have shared their amazement at Tyson’s incredible speed, even after all these years.
“My brother you got me ready to run thru a MF wall now,” Dwayne Johnson wrote. “To the gym I go.”
Actor and comedian Martin Lawrence added, “Felt that from here!” while fellow professional boxer King Ryan wrote, “That right hand scary.”
Fans were treated to the video as part of Tyson’s preparation to get back in the ring for charity.
According to CBS News , the “Baddest Man on the Planet” recently announced that he plans on taking part in three or four-round exhibitions at an unnamed charity event, aimed at raising money for those impacted by drugs or homelessness.
During his 20-year boxing career, Tyson was a fearsome competitor and is still considered one of the greatest fighters of all time.

Last week he appeared in an Instagram live video with rapper T.I. where he described his current workout routine as he gets into shape for his big return to the ring.
“I do about two hours on cardio, I do the bike and I do the treadmill for an hour,” he explained. “Then I do some light weights – 300, 250 reps.”
“Then,” he continued, “I start my day with the boxing thing. Then I go in there and hit the mitts for like 30 minutes, 25 minutes. Gotta get in better condition.”
