Her Husband Found Her
Reports stated that her husband, Patrick, discovered his wife Clancy lying outside the home and unconscious at about 6 pm on Tuesday when he called 911. He had gone to collect a takeout order 25 minutes before the unfortunate incident occurred.
Postpartum Psychosis
Detectives are trying to decide if Clancy, a midwife, had postpartum psychosis as she was said to be on leave from her duty post at Massachusetts General hospital.

A Vigil For The Dead

The Holy Family Church in Duxbury organized a vigil on Thursday night where the priest revealed that the mother had been trying to deal with mental illness before becoming overwhelmed.
Officers Arriving At The Scene

Local authorities responded to a panic call from a worried Patrick, who had just discovered his wife had jumped down from the top window and was now unconscious.
Extra Bodies Found Upstairs
Officers also found the bodies of three young children upstairs with obvious signs of trauma, appearing as if they’d just been strangled. Cora and Dawson were confirmed dead on arrival at the hospital, while Callan was given CPR at the scene, but he died on Friday morning.
Clancy’s Charges

Their mother will be arraigned on the following charges: two counts of homicide and three counts of strangulation, assault, and battery with a deadly weapon for the death of the two children. Further charges may be added following the death of Callan.
Autopsies Will Be Carried Out

Cruz revealed that hospitals would run autopsies on the children to determine how they died officially, and the findings would be made public when a death certificate is released.
