Pickles are one of life’s sweet joys. They can be sweet, spicy, dill, sour, heck — you can even have a Kool-Aid pickle! I don’t know how or why somebody felt compelled to take a boring old fruit like cucumber and turn it into something spectacular, but I sure am glad they did.
So too is Oscar-winning actor Matthew McConaughey, who as it turns out absolutely adores pickles. Matthew loves pickles so much , in fact, that he decided to share a semi-nude NSFW picture via Instagram in order to celebrate National Pickle Day.

Among the masses was none other than Oscar-winning actor Matthew McConaughey.

Matthew decided to go with a simple caption for the photo and wrote “Pickled” — a tongue-in-cheek pun using the term “pickled” as a way of expressing one’s intoxication or inebriation. Judging from Matthew’s expression, the fact that he’s standing naked in front of an open fridge, and his well-documented love for bud and bourbon , it’s safe to say that Matthew is truly pickled.

“It’s really nice seeing that a famous dude uses the same mustard and steak sauce that I do,” @greenhorngrove wrote via Instagram.
