Carey delivered a wonderful performance with her daughter as well as other stars during her Mariah Carey: Merry Christmas To All! two-hour holiday special, which aired Tuesday on CBS. The 52-year-old star took to Instagram to share a snap from the mesmerizing performance. The snap showed the gorgeous star mid-performance in a black and red marching band-style bodysuit. The bodysuit featured gold accents as well as shoulder pads.

The mother-daughter duo thrilled fans with a lovely rendition of the well-known Christmas carol Away in a Manger . “When I had my greatest day ever was my birthing day, when I gave birth to my twins, Moroccan and Monroe. And I got my little daughter, miss Monroe, here,” she introduced her little girl, who she shares with ex-husband Nick Cannon.
Mother-Daughter Performance
For the mother-daughter performance, Monroe was a little version of her mother in a matching white dress and tiara. Carey was lowered to the stage in a giant white snowflake as she stunned in a white ball gown featuring a thigh-high slit and a matching white crown. She styled her blonde tresses in luscious curls and accessorized them with sparkling earrings, a diamond bracelet, and a ring. She opted for a glam look featuring dramatic black lashes and a touch of blush on her cheeks.
Carey Shares A Message Of Hope
Carey started the show with a breathtaking performance of the Christmas carol Hark the Herald Angel Sing , after which she rendered a thank-you speech to fans. During the show, she also gave the audience a message of hope for the festive season after which she launched into her second song Joy To The World . She also performed the Christmas carol Silent Night, Holy Night which Carey referred to as “one of my all-time favorite Christmas songs.”
She went on to perform other Christmas carols as well as some of her greatest hit songs. During the show, she also performed a medley of her most beloved holiday hits alongside some stars including Drew Barrymore, Billy Porter, Jermaine Dupri, and Slick Rick.
