John Travolta celebrated his 69th birthday in style by flying to Las Vegas with his 22-year-old daughter Ella Bleu, and a large group of close friends, which indeed turned out to be a rejuvenating treat. Instagram surely couldn’t have enough of the festivities.
Summer Nights
The two-time Oscar nominee, who sang Summer Nights from Grease in a T-Mobile Super Bowl commercial, posted a video to Instagram on Tuesday, set to the 1964 Elvis Presley song Viva Las Vegas. What a classic!
1960 TWA Poster, Coming To Life The Second Time
John chronicled the journey in a video, shared online on his birthday, that opens with the eminent 1960 TWA poster.
Motivating
It proved to be motivating as he attempted to make his “favorite childhood airline poster come to life for my birthday!”. He set off the video with his own version of the poster, saying “Fly Travolta World Airlines” at the bottom.
Seen In The Video
Beginning with Ella Bleu and Travolta, Ella is wearing a long black dress, and John is wearing a dapper suit as they wait outside their private jet.

As they climb the steps to the plane, we can see the other passengers, who are all dressed in formal attire.
The Festivities
The staff whipped up an elaborate menu of drinks and dinner. Travolta posted snippets of his friends and one of him in his seat while he is enjoying a martini prior to showing the plane taking off in a photograph taken from his window.
At Vegas
They arrive and get into their cars as the video continues, then they leave for a night out in Vegas.
The Show In Vegas
Before hitting the tables, they are spotted sipping cocktails at a show in Las Vegas, with one player displaying his dice to the camera prior to rolling them on the craps table.

At the blackjack tables, there are images of additional visitors as well as an aerial acrobatics performance, highlighting the birthday.
With Ella
Travolta spends time with his eldest child Ella in their hotel as he swirls her around. This was quite the moment between the father and daughter.
Cutting The Cake
He gives a toast to his friends prior to putting out the candles on his chocolate-flavored cake and then pans out to reveal the entire dinner table.
Ending The Festivities
The video then cuts to the following morning, as they board their special aircraft. He is seen conversing with one of his friends at the blackjack table.
The Outro
As we watch Travolta’s friends board the plane before takeoff, he says into the camera, “So I’m filming everybody coming onboard now”, reconciling the celebration. After that, the video ends.
T-Mobile Commercial
Just a few weeks prior, Travolta appeared alongside Zach Braff and Donald Faison in a Super Bowl commercial for T-Mobile.

Braff and Faison put in the effort and attempted to persuade Travolta to choose T-Mobile Internet, as they together sang a version of the well-known Summer Nights song from the movie Grease .
