According to a police report from Nevada, which was obtained by CNN , Renner was attempting to stop a sliding snowplow from running over his nephew, whose truck was stuck in the snow and the actor was trying to help get it out. The Hawkeye star, unfortunately, went under the sliding heavy machine and got crushed. However, the actor has found a way to keep his fans updated on his recovery.
On Sunday, Renner posted a picture of the resistance bands and equipment he would be using for his physical therapy session that day on Instagram.

Despite being unable to work, he has returned to social media to share information about his therapy and medical procedures. He has also advertised his upcoming Disney+ four-part miniseries Rennervations and the Paramount+ drama Mayor Of Kingstown , which is currently airing its second season.
