The Oscar-winning actress more than defied her 56 years as she ran across sands with trainer Peter Lee Thomas last year, and it was definitely a fitting shot for the #FitnessFriday used in the caption.
Stuns In Swimsuit
Laughing as she and Peter jogged across sands, Halle drew immediate attention to her MMA-trained body as she modeled a cut-out, gold swimsuit.
Going strappy and figure-hugging, the Monster’s Ball star showed how keeping fit can also be fun, this as she made sure to flaunt her toned legs and slim waist. Peter, who went shirtless in dark swim trunks, was also laughing as he enjoyed his outdoor workout with Halle.

Halle is all muscle and she’s got the creds to prove it. The actress took just six months to complete three years’ worth of MMA training for movie John Wick . Making her post friendly to all, though, she took to her caption encouraging her fans to get fit.
