The ’90s were an incredible decade. It not only gave us some of the greatest movies and TV shows of all time but it also helped to cement some of our favorite actors as unquestionable movie stars .
As hard as it is to accept (especially for someone who lived through it) it’s been more than 20 years since the close of the decade. Have a look below and see how some of our favorite stars looked back then compared to now.

I stand firm in my belief that Michelle Pfeiffer’s performance as Selina Kyle/Catwoman in Batman Returns is one of the greatest in the superhero genre. Plus, now that we’re approaching the Christmas season, I get to watch it guilt-free!
John Travolta
I’m going to come right out and say that I for one am glad to see John finally embracing his beautiful bald look. Let’s be honest, those toupees fooled absolutely no one and actually made him look older.

Whenever I need a good cry, I sit down and watch Forrest Gump . It’s one of the most emotionally powerful films that I’ve ever seen, and in my opinion — one of the best ever. As soon as Forrest asks “Why don’t you love me, Jenny?” I start blubbering every time.

Oh boy, did 10-year-old me ever have a crush on Christina Ricci. So much so that I would gladly sit down and watch Now and Then with my sister any time she’d so much as make the suggestion. I couldn’t help it — I was in love.
