The renowned fitness teacher made headlines when she and her daughter, Katie Austin, walked the runway for the Miami Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Runway Show in 2022. She believes that while she is glad to celebrate her body, other women will also be motivated to reevaluate their fitness objectives.

Collaborating With Easy Spirit
Austin has motivated individuals to begin an active lifestyle through her fitness regimens for more than 30 years. She has sold more than 24 million exercise DVDs and tapes. She also hosted the longest-running fitness program in TV history. With a beaming smile, she is still bubbling with passion and energy as she engages in “whole body burn cardio” or exercises to become “slim, toned, and absolutely fit.”
Most recently, she collaborated with Easy Spirit to introduce the “Easy Spirit x Denise Austin” collection on September 15. It has athletic footwear made for high- or low-impact exercise regimens.
Her Preferred Exercises
Austin also revealed to the outlet her preferred type of exercise, which she called walking, as she tries to take a walk each day.
She also thinks that you should do cardio to burn fat, strength training to firm up your muscles, and stretching to increase flexibility as three other ways to keep in shape. Additionally, the fitness guru advises beginners to exercise three days per week.
