Chris Evans is one of the most well-known people in Hollywood, thanks for his Marvel role as Captain America.
But another famous Evans is his rescue dog Dodger, who is living his best life as Chris Evans’ dog, who is completely doted on by fans and obviously Evans himself.

Let’s start off our heartwarming owner and dog duo by showing you a video of the moment that Chris Evans met his good pal Dodger.
His name at the time was Benny, but it was love at first sight, and Evans changed his name and took him home.
Since then, we’ve been falling in love with their antics and pure joy they each get from the other.
Especially when Chris Evans was away from his pal for 10 weeks, as he was filming a movie in South Africa.
He kept posting pictures and videos of Dodger.
Then, when they reunited after he was done filming, Evans posted a video of Dodger’s reaction when he came home from all that time away.
And as you can see from the video, Dodger was more than happy to have his best friend back.
This video makes me tear up, not gonna lie.
“Two seconds later he full-body sneezed directly into my face.” Evans wrote on his Twitter account.
Am I the only one who is able to perfectly imagine this?
Also, I am LOVING the fact that Dodger is actually looking right at the camera (and I also love that he just lays in Evan’s arms).
Recently, Evans opened up an Instagram account, and of course, he likes to post mostly just about his dog.
“Just woke up to this pillow hog”, he wrote as the caption for this photo.

Another one of this best videos with his pup was when he was trying to raise money for veterans, and Dodger decided to make an appearance while he was doing push ups.
He made Evans’ life a bit more difficult, but 10 times more hilarious and adorable too.

Seriously, I could look at this duo for days and days and never get tired.
