Cameron Diaz is one sophisticated mama jama. She is is an actress, a WINE owner, and a mom! I know, right? I honestly keep forgetting that Cameron Diaz is a momma, but it’s true! She and hubby Benji Madden welcomed their daughter, Raddix, in December 2019.
Now, the 49-year-old is sharing her biggest skin secret and I guarantee you’ll want to copy her because… I mean… LOOK AT HER!
It’s rare we get to hear from Cameron Diaz these days since she retired from acting back in 2014.
She has been dedicating her time to being a wife, mom, and business owner of her vegan, sugar-free, organic wine, Avaline.
However, whenever we do get a peek into Cameron’s life, it’s always so exciting for us fans.
Recently, the blonde bombshell sat down with RuPaul’s Drag Race star Michelle Visage on her new BBC podcast, Rule Breakers, where she got candid about the “trap” of Hollywood.
“Again, I just go back to the trap of it all, especially in our society, like what we value, what we think is important,’ the 49-year-old said.
“Look. if it’s important to you, that’s fine… I am absolutely a victim to all of the societal objectifications and exploitations that women are subjected to.”
“I have bought into all of them myself at certain times,” she admitted.
“It’s hard not to, it’s hard not to look at yourself and judge yourself against other markers of beauty, and I think that that’s one of the biggest things, the last eight years girl – I’m like wild, I’m like a wild animal, I’m a beast.”
Cameron then admitted she just doesn’t care about her looks anymore.
“Literally the last thing I think about on a daily basis … like maybe not at all during the day, is what I look like… I literally do nothing. I like never wash my face.”
Though, she admits to still having ‘a billion products’ that stay on her bathroom shelves that just mostly sit there.

She says that it’s largely to do with her energy levels.
“Twice a month if I’m lucky, I’ll be like ‘Oh, I better put this on. One time works, right?’ Like is that all I have to do? I’m just not in that place right now like where I put any energy,” she said.
Instead, her priority right now is to ‘stay strong’.
Something she’s clearly been doing for ages in the face of Hollywood, having the strength to leave it and pivot towards her personal life and business goals instead!
In a recent Instagram post, she celebrated International Women’s Day by highlighting other women-owned businesses she thinks are killing it out there.
Her honesty on the podcast was truly enlightening.
It’s nice to see celebrities being genuine when it comes to their appearance and lifestyle away from the cameras. Honestly, this is the kind of refreshing celebrity content I need more of. You’re always beautiful inside and out, Cameron!
