Bethenny Frankel is getting body-shamed as she stuns in swimwear by a pool waterfall and brings in questions over whether or not she eats. The Real Housewives of New York City alum posted to her Instagram back in 2022, and she quickly found that not all swimwear promos go smoothly.

Showing off her slender legs and tiny waist while stripped down to a plunging green swimsuit, the 52-year-old posed confidently amid a glam pool setting wrapped by natural rocks.

“I would love to see a model for every size not just yours. Please and thank you,” one user wrote.
“Eating disorder calls [sic] thousands of women and young girls a year. YOUR [sic] smarter than that. Post something that kills another million women a year instead of body shaming them,” another fan said.
User Calls Her ‘Anorexic’
While a third fan did use the word “anorexic,” their message was a little less hateful. “Even if you’re anorexic! Eat! You are beautiful Bethenny! You are Smart, have common sense, a great mother etc… you are beautiful!” they wrote.

Not all swimwear posts from Bethenny come as a promo for her brand. On March 7, the star jokingly shared a side-by-side image of her bikini-clad rear, with the other photo showing a recent swimsuit snap of talk show host Kelly Ripa.
