The story was revealed by their comedic co-star, Andrew Shulz, on The Brilliant Idiots , a podcast he hosts with Charlamagne Tha God.
Shulz was holding his hands inches apart when discussing how close the two leads were standing from each other for the “kiss.”

Hill and London can be seen kissing each other in the movie. However, confetti is falling all around them, so it is a little hazy between their lips when they lock their mouths.
About The Movie
The movie, which came out last month, follows the relationship between Ezra (played by Hill) and Amira (played by London). Due to their racial differences, the pair have to maneuver a challenging world of societal expectations.

Eddie Murphy, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, David Duchovny, Nia Long, and Schulz, who plays Cousin Avi, are also featured in the movie.
