According to TMZ , the two had a marathon mediation session on January 26 with ABC, which saw them cut ties with the network.

The report stated that the two would receive their contractual payout upon exit from the network and the set of the lunchtime program GMA3 : What You Need To Know , which they hosted alongside Dr. Jennifer Ashton.

A source confirmed that the mediation session was filled with allegations leveled against Robach and Holmes of several law-breaking and professional misconduct.
Alcohol In The Dressing Room
Robach reportedly had alcohol in her dressing room, but an insider termed that allegation ridiculous because the network sent her some of the bottles. The host was also accused of attending a College Football National Championship game last year and then showing up drunk on set the following day.
