That’s what happened to a woman named Lisa who suspected that her husband was cheating after she found lingerie in his car . Determined to know the truth, she hired a private investigator to follow her man.

Lisa, who’s using a pseudonym, shared her heartbreaking story with ‘Metro.’
Her suspicions all began after she found lingerie in his car. While she assumed it would be a birthday gift for her, all she got was a voucher instead.
This sent the alarm bells ringing.
After she asked him about the lingerie she found, she claimed that it belonged to a friend who had accidentally left it in his car after he gave her a lift. This was just the start of his lies.
Of course, Lisa was still suspicious.
This, coupled with the fact that he was suddenly working longer days, caused her to fear the worst.
“We had been together for years and things had got a little bit mundane,” the mom of two told Metro .
“We were just getting on with normal family life. We weren’t being intimate.”
“Things had changed and something wasn’t right,” she continued. “He never left his phone around. When he was looking at it, he’d tilt the screen away from me. He took calls in the garden.”
It was at that point that Lisa made the difficult decision to hire a private investigator.
