It’s fair to say that Gwenyth Paltrow isn’t everyone’s favorite celeb… what with her saying that celeb moms have it tougher than “regular” moms and suggesting overpriced items to her Goop readers.
The craziness just doesn’t stop, like these 6+ times she upset the internet.
When she charged nearly $6,000 for Goop’s U.K. wellness summit and barely attended the event herself.
When people attended her event for her lifestyle website, Goop, it was with the hopes to spend tons of time with Gwyneth.
Sadly, though, that wasn’t the case .
People who attended the event said that Gwyneth hardly made appearances and when she did, she was surrounded by security.
For what was supposed to be a “wellness weekend,” they also said that they were bombarded with advertising materials at every turn.
Doesn’t sound so Zen!
When she talked about all the foods she’s able to eat without worrying.
So many for us would kill for a fast metabolism, so it didn’t help when Paltrow said , “I eat whatever I want.”
“I like bread and cheese and wine, and that makes my life fun and enjoyable,” she’s said.
Lucky! If we even dare to even look at bread and cheese, we gain 10 pounds.
The time she made “regular” mothers everywhere upset with one statement.
There really is no way to compare a Hollywood mother to a “regular” mother, but Gwyneth tried anyways — to disastrous results.
“I think to have a regular job and be a mom is not as, of course there are challenges, but it’s not like being on set,” she boldly said.
Once people began freaking out, she backtracked her words with an explanation on Goop, stating that her words were “taken out of context.”

Goop is a lifestyle website that’s supposed to appeal to the everywoman, but it has missed the mark, time and time again.
How? By suggesting things that only Gwyneth can afford.
Like that time they suggested their readers by a $15,000 vibrator.
To be fair, it’s 24-karat gold, you know, if that’s your thing.
But unless that thing comes with Ryan Reynolds, no thank you.
Other products that made the internet go “huh?” was $103 a month camel milk delivery and a clip-on bidet.
If you are rich or willing to sell your kidney for these items, then great!
But most people are rolling up to a housewarming party with a bottle of wine, not a $296 incense burner for “the host in your life.”
When she recommended women shell out $50 for a vagina steam.
On the Goop website, there was a very visual description of what exactly it is.
“You sit on what is essentially a mini-throne, and a combination of infrared and mugwort steam cleanses your uterus, et al,” said the Oscar winner.
“It is an energetic release—not just a steam douche—that balances female hormone levels.”
“If you’re in LA, you have to do it.”
Even her “Country Strong” co-star, Leighton Meester disagreed with Paltrow’s methods.
“What?!” Meester said in an interview with Byrdie when they mentioned the vagina steaming. “What is that?”
“I personally don’t feel like you should be adding anything into your vagina—it’s self-cleaning,” she said.
“We’re fine; I’m going to say neither on the vag steam.”
When she got mad at the internet for being mad at her.
Gwyneth’s reputation didn’t score any points when she said that people who don’t like her are just insecure with themselves…
“I think there’s a part of me that because I think I do a lot, I think my work ethic is the reason why I’m successful.”
She continued: “I think that a lot of people don’t want to put in effort and it’s easier not to change, not do something good for you, not work on your relationship, not make yourself a meal, not work out.”
Fans weren’t happy with her statements.
“If not for your parents, you would probably be waiting tables at IHOP!” one reader wrote in the comments section of the article.
