The best part about watching any kind of celebrity interview is knowing that at any moment, they could lose their minds and start dissing people on live television.
It’s happened too, and it makes for great TV.
1. Taylor Swift disses Katy Perry
The Diss : (On Katy Perry trying to ruin one of her tours).
“She tried to hire a bunch of people out from under me. And I’m surprisingly non-confrontational — you would not believe how much I hate conflict. So now, I have to avoid her. It’s awkward, and I don’t like it.”
2. Ciara disses Rihanna
The Diss : (On how Rihanna ignored her).
“I ran into her recently at a party. She wasn’t the nicest. It’s crazy, because I’ve always loved and respected what she’s done in fashion. It wasn’t the most pleasant run-in.”
Don’t worry, they got over the feud.
Literally this was the exchange that happened so quick it makes your head spin:
C: (The Quote from before).
R: My bad, Ci, did I forget to tip you?
C: Trust me, Rihanna, you don’t want to see me on or off the stage.
R: U gangsta huh? Haaa. Good luck with booking that stage you speak of.
(A moment of silence)
R: Ciara baby, I love you girl! You hurt my feelings real bad on TV! I’m heartbroken! That’s why I retaliated this way! So sorry!

3. Seth Rogen disses Justin Bieber
The Diss : (On the one time he met the singer).
“He’s a good example of someone you meet, who you think you’re going to hate him, and then you get to hate him as much as you thought. You meet him, and he meets up to every one of your [bad] expectations of how you hope he will be.”
4. T.I. disses Iggy Azalea
The Diss : (On being her mentor and a future mentor).
“I’m still actively looking for another female rapper who can undo the blunder of Iggy Azalea. That is the tarnish of my legacy as far as [being] a [music] executive is concerned.”
5. Megan Fox disses Michael Bay
The Diss : (On Michael Bay being too bossy on his sets).
“[He] is like Napoleon and he wants to create this insane, infamous mad-man reputation. He wants to be like Hitler on his sets, and he is.”
7. Heidi Montag disses Lauren Conrad
The Diss : (On having to work with her).
“I spent years pretending to like her for a living. It was literally my job to deal with her, and it wasn’t pleasant… I had nothing to do with her problems. I even tried to help her.”
8. Britney Spears disses Justin Timberlake
The Diss : (On Justin’s Song “Cry Me A River” that implied she cheated on him).
“I think it looks like such a desperate attempt, personally. But that was a great way to sell the record. He’s smart [laughs]. Smart guy.”
9. Tyrese Gibson disses James Franco
The Diss : (About James being way too intense).
“Whenever we’d have to get in the ring for boxing scenes, and even during practice, the dude was full-on hitting me. It felt very personal. It was [expletive] up.”
10. Paris Hilton Disses Lindsay Lohan
The Diss : (On Lindsay crashing their party).
“It was just Brit and I out, and then [Lohan] just, like, chased us to the car and got in,” Hilton said. “She wasn’t invited.”
11. Lady Gaga disses Perez Hilton
The Diss : (On a bad interview with Hilton).
“He started asking me really terrible questions, and he was being very negative about Born This Way, and we had had a lot to drink.”
She felt betrayed by the gossip columnist.
“He was supposed to be my friend and I felt betrayed, so I started crying. And then my [other] friend had to come in and pull the camera out, they wouldn’t turn the cameras off.”
12. Gisele Bundchen disses Leo DiCaprio
The Diss : (On their relationship together, and why she eventually left the actor).
“When I was going through my panic attacks, I didn’t even feel like I could share [them] with anyone.”
She continued, firing out the ultimate burn in the end:
“I was becoming more and more aware of things that I’d chosen not to look at. Was I alone in wanting to do some serious soul-searching while he stayed the same? In the end, unfortunately, the answer was yes.”

13. Paris Hilton Disses Kim Kardashian
The Diss : (On Kim Kardashian’s Butt).
“I would not want [Kim’s butt] — it’s gross! It reminds me of cottage cheese inside a big trash bag.”
That sounds bad, but the feud didn’t last long.
She did apologize later, saying :
“I was just joking around and I made a stupid joke. I felt really bad afterward, so I contacted Kim and apologized. It was a silly thing to say. Kim’s hot!”
14. Martha Stewart Disses Gwyneth Paltrow
The Diss : (On Gwenyth Sticking To Acting, Not Health and Lifestyle).
“She just needs to be quiet. She’s a movie star. If she were confident in her acting, she wouldn’t be trying to be Martha Stewart.”
But Paltrow did not take this lying down, oh no.
In response to Martha’s comments, Paltrow posted a recipe to the website for her company, Goop.
It was a Jailbird Cake, possibly referencing the fact that Martha Stewart went to jail.
15. Elton John Disses Madonna
The Diss : (On Madonna lip-syncing at her concerts).
“Since when has lip-syncing been live? Sorry about that, but I think everyone who lip-syncs on stage in public when you pay like 75 quid to see them should be shot. Thank you very much.”
And that’s not the only time he’s dissed her!
Throughout the years he’s constantly been on the Material Girl’s back, most recently in 2012 when he said this :
“Her tour is a disaster and it couldn’t happen to a bigger [expletive]. If Madonna had any common sense…”
“She would have made a record like Ray of Light.”
“Stayed away from the dance stuff and just been a great pop singer and made great pop records, which she does brilliantly. But no, she had to prove that she was like… And she looks like a [expletive] fairground stripper.”
16. Daniel Craig Disses The Kardashians
The Diss : (About their careers)
“Look at the Kardashians, they’re worth millions. Millions! I don’t think they were that badly off to begin with, but now look at them. You see that and you think, ‘What, you mean all I have to do is behave like a f**king idiot on television and then you’ll pay me millions?’”
17. John Mayer Disses Jennifer Aniston
The Diss : (On her use of technology).
“If Jennifer Aniston knows how to use BitTorrent, I’ll eat my [expletive] shoe. One of the most significant differences between us was that I was tweeting. There was a rumour that I had been dumped because I was tweeting too much. That wasn’t it, but that was a big difference.”
Yikes, that’s harsh.
“The brunt of her success came before TMZ and Twitter. I think she’s still hoping it goes back to 1998. She saw my involvement in technology as courting distraction.”

The Disses : (On Gwyneth Paltrow).
“Tell me what she’s been in? I swear to God, I don’t remember anything she was in. Some people get hot by association. I heard more about her and Brad Pitt than I ever heard about her work.”
(On Salma Hayek): “It makes me laugh when she says she got offered Selena, which was an outright lie. If that’s what she does to get herself publicity, then that’s her thing.”
(On Cameron Diaz): “[she’s] a lucky model who’s been given a lot of opportunities I just wish she would have done more with.”
(On Madonna): “Do I think she’s a great performer? Yeah. Do I think she’s a great actress? No. Acting is what I do, so I’m harder on people when they say, ‘Oh, I can do that — I can act.’ I’m like, ‘Hey, don’t spit on my craft.'”
22. Chelsea Handler disses Angelina Jolie
The Diss : (On knowing Jolie’s type).
“As a woman, I know when you see somebody walking across the room that’s a bad girl. I just don’t like Angelina Jolie. I don’t think she’s a girl’s girl. I like girl’s girls!”
Apparently, Jolie has since replied…
And has called Handler a [expletive] [expletive]. A frickin’ b-word, if you will.
I wonder if this has anything to do with the fact that Handler and Jennifer Aniston are friends.
