Wal-Mart is a place where strange things have been known to happen. But very few people, if any for that matter, have ever encountered as odd of a request as TikTok user Kayli Cernan.
While recently shopping at her local Wal-Mart , Kaylie was asked to watch the store for a Dunkin’ Donuts employee. What makes the request especially strange is that Kayli doesn’t work for Dunkin’.
TikTok user @kayli.cernan was asked to watch over the Dunkin’ Donuts while she was shopping at Wal-Mart.
The only problem was that Kayli was not currently, nor had she ever been, employed by Dunkin’ Donuts. Even though she was shocked and utterly confused, Kayli still told the Dunkin’ employee that she’d mind the store for them.
In the video, Kayli wanders around the empty store telling customers that the Dunkin’ employee will be right back.
This goes on for 20 minutes! According to Kayli, when all was said and done she spent over 45 minutes inside the store, wondering where the Dunkin’ Donuts employee had run off to.
The video has received more than 206K likes on TikTok.
Most people, myself included, were wondering how Kayli was able to fight the urge to jump behind the counter and start making drinks.
Fellow TikTok user @nusnair said, “girl you better go behind the counter and start slinging some iced coffees.”
While others were absolutely blown away by Kaylie’s integrity.
Another TikToker who goes by the handle @Carrot couldn’t believe Kayli’s honesty. “Can we just talk about how she asked the absolute right person in her time of need,” they said. “You really watched the store!!”
