A woman who lives in Boston posted a video as a joke sharing her apartment in hopes of swapping a house with somebody. And the response she got was quite overwhelming. Let’s check this out. Shall we?

Let me explain this to those who never watched ‘The Holiday’.
In the movie, two women, one who lives in England (played by Kate Winslet) and the other living in L.A. (played by Cameron Diaz), swap houses for the Christmas holiday. And of course, as is the case with Christmas movies, wonderful things happen.
As you might have guessed — both women end up finding their perfect partners through the swap.
A Boston woman named Grace Gagnon who was inspired by the movie posted a video on TikTok that pretty much went viral. She showed her home hoping to swap it with somebody else in the U.K.

What this lady didn’t expect was the sheer number of responses she received from people. Apparently, this seemed like a great idea for many of them.
Her video has now received over 400,000 likes. And she went from having 800 followers to over 12,000.
Wow!
So after reviewing all the options, Grace actually picked a person to swap houses with, and she will post an update on it soon on TikTok. Apparently, she already has her carry-on ready to go with the best accessory inside, ha, ha! It’s so exciting. Am I right?
Not only that, but her video inspired other people to do the same.
Now when you search on TikTok for #HouseSwap, you’ll find plenty of people wanting to do one. Oh my gosh, I absolutely love this idea. Isn’t this so fun?
Even the British actor and singer Jules Knight got in on it.
He posted a video of his own humble abode asking to swap with somebody who lives in a hot place. His video got over 200,000 views!!! OMG! That’s a lot, ha, ha!
I hope he finds the gorgeous place he’s looking for very soon.
Little did Grace know that she would start a very cool trend on TikTok. Now lots of other folks are planning to swap houses with their fellow hopeful swappers.

I mean, who wouldn’t want to stay here, huh? It looks so peaceful and beautiful. I wouldn’t mind this at all. That looks like an absolutely perfect way to relax if you asked me.
