Fans immediately loved the relationship between Tony Stark and Peter Parker, back when they appeared together in Civil War .
Unfortunately, their time got cut short between Peter getting dusted and Tony meeting his own unfortunate fate in Endgame .
However, according to some recent screencaps and a new fan theory that has emerged, we might not have seen the last of Iron Man. But before we dive into the fan theory, let’s take a quick look at their relationship up until now.

When Peter Parker was in the middle of getting dusted and collapsed in Tony’s arms, he uttered words that changed fans forever: “I don’t want to go”.
It shattered fans everywhere, as the father and adopted son duo became one of the best things about the MCU.

As for their short time in Endgame together, well, it’s heartbreaking.
Tony’s fate in Avengers: Endgame is, SPOILER ALERT, awful.
He dies, and the goodbye between Tony and Peter got fans crying their eyes out in the theatre.
The last thing he says to the audience, his wife, Peter, and his daughter is, “I love you 3000.” Damn you, Marvel!

Without his mentor and father figure, it’s up to him to continue to save the world.
While Peter is certain that he will never see Tony Stark again, word on the street is that he may actually see Iron Man one last time.
What We Know About “Far From Home”.
So far, the only thing that fans really know about Far From Home are some of the villains we will get to see, and that Peter Parker is taking a fancy vacation to Europe.
One of the other major characters is none other than Mysterio.
Who Is Mysterio?
Played by Jake Gyllenhaal, Mysterio is a supervillain who is known for going head-to-head with Spider-Man on numerous occasions.
In the comics, the identity has been adopted by three different people. Jake will be playing Quentin Beck, who, in the comics, was a stuntman who wanted to be an actor.
Mysterio’s Powers
While Mysterio does have quite a few powers and abilities, his main one is the fact that he can create illusions.
Those illusions allow him to successfully do crimes by manipulating others.

Considering the fact that Mysterio is a master of illusions, fans are now beginning to suspect that Mysterio will change into Tony Stark to emotionally manipulate Peter.
