Sonic gets that just any old milkshake won’t bring the boys to the yard.
That’s why they’re collaborating with Oreo to create a new line of shakes with a permanent place on their menu.
I don’t know about you, but this is high key all I’ve ever wanted. I can now die happy.
There will be four new Oreo-inspired shake flavors.
An Oreo Peanut Butter Shake, Oreo Chocolate Shake, Oreo Cheesecake Shake, and the most beautiful masterpiece of them all: the Oreo Yellow Cake Batter Shake.
In case you’re a Sonic newbie, they also have a whole line of other Oreo-centric snacks, including deep-fried Oreos and Oreo ice cream sandwiches.
Obviously we’re going straight for the cake batter one.
It features Sonic’s real ice cream blended with yellow cake batter and Oreo pieces.
If you’re not an Oreo fan, you can also opt for a Yellow Cake Batter Classic Shake. We’ve got options people!
And yes—it’s safe to eat.
Since the shake uses cake batter flavored ice cream rather than actual cake batter, you won’t have to worry about getting sick.
Unless you mean sick as in like, whoa dude that’s so sick , because, well duh.
Summer just got a whole lot sweeter.
Gone are the days where we have to suffer through basic drink flavors.
