Ever heard of squirrel teeth? Because I have, and I wish I hadn’t. This “trend” is the “hot new thing” for 2022, or at least that’s what some people seem to want you to believe .
The trend involves elongating your teeth, and adding different effects like rhinestones and other jewelry items to them, for a “bling” effect.

But it can’t be real… right?
I mean, it certainly looks like people did this to their teeth, for… reasons. But like, they have to be joking, right?
I really don’t want this to be a real thing. For one, it seems like a really inconvenient fashion statement. Not to mention it’s really, really bizarre.
And it’s honesty not that nice to look at.
But that’s just me. Maybe it’s a sign that I’m getting older and therefore a lot less cool. But I’m sorry, I just don’t see the appeal of this kind of trend.
Luckily, it seems like one big joke.
I’m, like, almost certain that this is just a prank, and doesn’t exist outside of a few memes. But the idea that it could be real is honestly enough to strike fear into my hearts.
I’m just over here hoping it never becomes a thing for real.
But this world is kind of crazy, and I can totally imagine a world where we think it’s trendy to give ourselves long, squirrel-like teeth (and attach different rings and stuff to them). You know, for the aesthetic.
I’ll keep my teeth the way they are, thank you very much.
