The Lion King will be coming to theatres soon, and people are PUMPED.
The live-action film is scheduled to hit theatres July 19th.
Okay, so we all know the story of ‘The Lion King’.
And if you don’t, then you’ve obviously been living under a rock.
Simba and his friends have been a fan favorite among Disney fans for years now.
One of the best parts of the orignial film is when Simba meets Timon and Pumbaa.
They end up raising him for the rest of his childhood and end up going back to Pride Rock with him.
Their song ‘Hakuna Matata’ is a Disney classic.
Come on, don’t lie, you know the words.
I can’t wait to hear the song in the live-action remake. It’s going to be amazing.
Pumbaa has always been a beloved character.
Why wouldn’t he be?
He has some of the best jokes, and he is an amazing friend. Everyone loves him.
So, the posters for ‘The Lion King’ have been released.
And yeah…Pumbaa looks like an actual warthog.
But apparently, that isn’t what people expected.
As you can see, people truly believe that the character is way too terrifying.
But realistically, how else is he supposed to look?
It’s a live-action movie after all.
Luckily, there are people who expected it.
Realistically speaking, there wasn’t any other way for Pumbaa to look.
The Disney team did the right thing.
Either way, everyone is excited for the movie.
The Lion King is a highly anticipated movie, and you better believe I’ll be first in line.
