You see what he did was he grabbed a pencil and placed three reams of decorative tissue paper on it. Then he taped the ends of the streamers onto the wall and — slowly unfurled the rolls.
OMG, what? Why didn’t I think of that?
Like I said — pretty brilliant, right? I always struggled to mix all three colors of the streamers just right. And then I always fumbled with taping them up to the wall like a madwoman, ha, ha!
