In relationships and partnerships, many couples fight from time to time. Sometimes, one person is wrong but refuses to see that they are . When this happens, things can get rather messy. Many couples are comprised of individuals who can be pretty damn stubborn when they want to be, so apologizing is not always on the table immediately.
But, if you are going to apologize, you may want to do it the right way.
Apologizing takes a lot of guts in a relationship.

Mustering up the courage to admit that you are wrong to your partner can take a lot of guts. No one wants to be the one who has the fingers pointed at them as the one who is “totally in the wrong.” Therefore, many fights go unresolved between couples.
Eventually, when couples aren’t speaking to each other, someone cracks.

When you love someone, eventually someone is going to crack because you don’t want to spend days not talking to each other—how awkward. Especially when you two live together, no one wants to live in tension and silence!
Recently, one Twitter user shared that he and his “missus” were arguing.

The two got into a fight after he had returned home from the bar. As with any couple, his woman was obviously not happy with him and, decided to give him the cold shoulder. So, he decided to be the “bigger person” and apologize.
However, the way in which he chose to apologize is questionable.

Jack got his girl some flowers, because he’s sorry, chocolates because he loves her, and then Tampax. Yes, Jack thought being the “bigger person” meant apologizing with tampons because “he’s not sure why he’s apologizing,” and assumed his girl would be “on her period any day now.”
Every woman knows that our period is not to be messed with.
No woman wants to be told that they are “moody” and “crazy” during that time of the month. Wouldn’t you feel some type of way if you had to bleed for an entire week and a half and go on living your life like nothing is wrong!??
People online were ready to see the blood shed between Jack and his partner.
One person said he was doing “so well” until he got to that last part. The guy also pointed out women hate being called out when on their period or PMSing, and his “missus” probably won’t like the idea that they only fought because of that.
One person said round 2 is coming soon.
One Twitter user pointed out that the ending of this letter totally is calling for a “round 2” of their first fight. Absolutely, true. No woman wants to be apologized to and then told it’s “probably because your period is coming.”
Another added that things would be going down.
One person said that thanks to these tampons as an added bonus to the apology, this man is in for it. They said that someone is going to find his body with the tampons stuffed in “every available orifice.” I mean, true.
One woman said “no shot.”
One woman commented on the photo saying that she hopes his girl took those roses and slapped him across the head with them. We wouldn’t blame her if she did decide to do that.
I mean, come on Jack, do better.
