Celebrities, like the rest of us, are trying to make the most of their time in quarantine. For Jimmy Fallon , that means filming his show from the comfort of his home instead of in a studio.
During the last quarantine edition of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon , his daughter made an appearance, delivering a very important message to everyone watching, and it was adorable!
While the entire world has been on lockdown, it has never been easier to relate to celebrities.
They’re stuck at home like the rest of us, baking banana bread, abusing Instagram live, joining TikTok, and going stir-crazy.
Staying at home for weeks on end is definitely easier said than done, but it is all in an effort to help a bad situation from getting worse!
The silver lining is that we at least have social media to keep us busy, and we’re being forced to think a little bit outside the box to keep ourselves entertained (and more importantly, sane)!
People who work in show business, however, are forced to think outside the box to keep themselves AND their fans entertained.
This means doubling down on social media to stay connected with their followers.
For instance, tons of musicians who have had to postpone concerts have been taking their talents to Instagram live instead.
Madonna, John Legend, Jojo, Bon Jovi, Madonna, Mariah Carey, Elton John, Demi Lovato, Billie Eilish, and Ariana Grande to name a few!
Miley Cyrus has been hosting something called *Bright Minded* where she interviews celebrities live on Instagram every week.
So far, she has spoken to Demi Lovato, Ellen Degeneres, Selena Gomez, Bebe Rexha, Reese Witherspoon, Hilary Duff, Dua Lipa, Elton John, Jimmy Fallon, and many more !
Jane Fonda has taken her environmental activist work online, hosting weekly virtual rallies on Instagram called *Fire Drill Fridays*.
Climate change doesn’t rest and neither should we!
For Jimmy Fallon, this has meant filming *The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon* from his home.
And honestly, it’s almost as great as the real thing!
But anybody who has kids and works from home knows that it isn’t easy to keep their work and family life separated.
During yesterday’s episode, while interviewing Ciara and Russell Wilson about what quarantine has been like for them, as well as the charitable efforts they’ve made to help end the COVID-19 pandemic, Jimmy got a bit sidetracked.
Getting distracted sort of comes with the territory of working from home, amirite?
Jimmy’s six-year-old daughter, Winnie, inturrupted the show with a very important announcement.
And no disrespect to Ciara and Russell Wilson’s interview, but this was the best part of the episode.
She rushed into the room, quietly trying to tell her dad something.
“Hold on. I’m sorry,” Jimmy said . “What do you need to show me?”
She sat on his lap, making her debut on the quarantine edition of *The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon*.
“Wait, this is big news, guys, just tell them what happened,” Jimmy said .
“I lost a tooth!,” Winnie proudly announced as Ciara and Russel applauded her.
She then explained in more detail how her missing tooth came to be.

“Mommy put a string around my tooth and tried to pull it out and then it worked,” she said.
Satisfied, she displayed her tooth for the camera in a plastic bag.
“Hopefully the Tooth Fairy knows this happened and will be visiting you tonight,” Jimmy added.
“Oh my gosh, I’m so proud of you, buddy!”
“She knows, she knows!,” Jimmy’s wife, Nancy, chimed in, off-camera.
Then, just when we thought the episode couldn’t get any better, Jimmy’s other daughter made an appearance.
“We don’t even know who that is. It’s just some kid,” Jimmy joked .
