It looks like even celebrities might be sick of celebrities!
Even those of us who are big fans of the rich and famous get a little bit tired of them or think they might seem out of touch, and it turns out that other celebrities also often agree with that, as Jameela Jamil has just proven!
Jameela Jamil is best known for starring as Tahani on *The Good Place*.
Jameela has also been a model, a TV and radio presenter, and a body positivity activist who has made quite the name for herself.
However, in a new interview , Jameela has made it clear that even though she’s a celebrity, she doesn’t see much use in them as a class.
Jameela was speaking about how the current pandemic has shifted how people see celebrities.

“I think that celebrities have been exposed,” Jameela said, potentially referencing situations where celebrities have been called out during the pandemic for either ignoring protocols or flaunting their wealth .
“[Expletive] them. Just [expletive] them all. [Expletive] us all. We’re useless,” she went on.
“Sorry we’re crap,” Jameela laughed.
“I’ve always thought we were crap so it’s been quite exciting to watch the rise of the people who are actually going to make a real difference in this world.”
“I want to leave TV when I’m 40 entirely and become an EMDR therapist,” Jameela said.
“And I might well do that. I might just go away and become a therapist.”
We support Jameela in whatever she chooses to do, celebrity or not!
