Leggings have come a long way since they first hit the market. Nowadays they come in all colors, textures, and varieties. There’s the sporty ones, the camo ones, the sexy ones, and the weird pattern ones.
So it’s no surprise when this one Etsy seller came out with an even more unusual idea and it literally took off. Check it out!
Etsy seller, Daniel Struzyna or Tinkercast from Germany created an unusual and slightly creepy line of leggings.
They look like octopus tentacles and people literally went crazy for them.
They come in different custom colors and look like they’re crawling on your legs.
They’re made by hand and therefore are only available by commission via the Etsy shop.

The inspiration for these funky seaworthy tights came to Daniel because he wanted to create a special Christmas gift for his girlfriend who really liked mermaids and Disney’s Ariel.
What a great gift!
When she posted a picture of herself wearing the tights that’s when the internet literally went wild and Daniel decided to start making them to sell to others.
People just needed to buy their own version of these tentacle tights.
But if you can’t get your hands on these Daniel started designing all kinds of different varieties from mermaid to dragon scales.

These really show off all the detail and craftsmanship that goes into making them. They look stunning.
I can totally see how these would be awesome to incorporate into some kind of dragon creature costume design that would be a perfect Halloween costume.
