We love variety, especially in our foods. One day it’s chicken wings, the next day it’s Wendy’s, the day after that we need to give our stomachs a break so we eat ice cream. It’s a delicate balance.
But there are some celebrities who don’t need balance. Some of them just eat the same thing every day.
1. Chrissy Teigen
In her own words :
“I have a garlic covered whole branzino a day. Sometimes two. I know. I can’t stop. It’s a problem.”
Doesn’t look like a problem to me, it looks delicious!
2. Victoria Beckham
The ex-Spice Girl says she has a way of getting rid of bad skin.
She says the best way to do it is to eat Salmon every day, which she does.
3. Willie Nelson
Turns out one of the all-time greatest country singers has a pretty sensible day to day diet.
He says he eats “oatmeal in the morning and bacon and eggs in the evening”. Breakfast for dinner, sweet!
4. Jennifer Garner
The actress/mother has apparently drank a smoothie every day since she worked with nutritionist Kelly LeVeque
The contents of which include: Chocolate coconut collagen protein powder, almond butter, chia seeds and almond milk.
5. P Diddy
The rapper turned legendary producer has a specific side dish that he not only eats every day but with almost every meal.
Apparently, that thing is apple sauce. Great with pork chops!
6. Cindy Crawford
The model once commented that she doesn’t go a day without drinking green tea.
On top of that, she also eats at least “some kind of salad” every single day. Healthy!
7. Luke Bryan
The country singer says that he only eats one specific thing when he’s on the road: Peanut Butter.
Just peanut butter. And it’s for a reason you may not expect, either.
He either eats it out on a sandwich, or sometimes just right out of the jar.
“When I’m out on the road, you don’t trust new places, so I pretty much try to stay to the confines of peanut butter.”
That’s some pretty alright logic, but you miss out on so much!
8. Dan + Shay
Apparently, these two are huge fans of Chipotle . According to the music duo, they eat it “five times a day”.
Which, obviously is a bit of an exaggeration, but they really love the stuff.
9. Kylie Jenner
There are so many things you have to do in order to look as good as Kylie Jenner.
There’s a bunch of makeup that needs to be done, many hours in the gym, copious amounts of photoshop…

You also, apparently, need to eat the same [meal] for breakfast every day, specifcally: “eggs, avocado, and turkey bacon”.
Honestly, that doesn’t sound bad at all! Most of us could go for that right now.
10. Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley
These two members of the Florida Georgia Line eat the same type of food every day: eggs .
Although, they do admit that they change up the fillings every day, so they get a pass.
