The socialite, 42, has been making headlines for opening up on everything from her famous sex tape to her teen sexual abuse, and now she’s revealed that she had an abortion while in her early twenties.

The Simple Life alum is fresh from a high-profile feature with Glamour UK, where she revealed not wanting to go public with her pregnancy. It was a topic “that I didn’t want to talk about,” she said.

Hilton added that the reason was because “there was so much shame around that.”
