For many brides, wearing the classic white dress is an essential. However, times are changing, and many future wives aren’t afraid to switch it up — even if it’s not always the plan.
One woman posted a TikTok video of her sporting a pink pant suit for her wedding, and it went viral. The blush-worthy thing is, wearing the pink suit to get married wasn’t part of this 24-year-old newlywed’s original plan. Regardless of that fact, we must say, she broke barriers as a pretty bride in pink.
Luise Jäsche is a model
When Jäsche isn’t doing modeling work in her home country of Germany, she enjoys studying music. A newer hobby of hers has been to create TikTok videos.
She decided to give her viewers a Valentine’s gift
On February 14, Jäsche posted a TikTok video of her wedding with the caption, “Let’s get married but make it fun!” followed by a montage of her and her new hubby being happy and cute during their wedding day. However, what truly caught eyes was her pink pant suit.
The video went viral
With over a million views and 160k likes, people could not stop gushing over her pretty pink pant suit and headband, and how charming she looked with her husband in each picture. One person wrote, “Now all I want is a pink suit and that headband.”
The plan wasn’t always for pink
Jäsche was actually planning to wear a traditional white dress until it was ruined before the wedding. She then decided last-minute to go for something a little more edgy and break tradition. Clearly, it worked out fabulously, talk about a TikTok happily ever after.
The wedding went through many planning stages
In addition to her pink suit wedding, Jäsche was also planning a larger wedding ceremony —which meant more outfits. She took to TikTok to ask her viewers which dress she should wear to dance the night away. She even tried on her pink suit headband to pair with one of the dresses.
She even included matching flowers
The pink suit was just the cherry on top of the wedding decor Jäsche had planned for the special day. Her decision to include a matching bouquet seemed to make everything full of even more cheer.
She met her husband in 2017
When she was 19 and he was 20, Jäsche met her future husband. Then in 2021, they finally tied the knot. While many people have complimented their marriage, questions continue to return to where the famous pink pant suit came from.
One person commented, asking “Do you mind sharing where you suit is from? I’m getting married at a courthouse in May and this would be perfect.” Looks like a new trend has been born.
Jäsche is inspiring other women to opt for suits

While many women pick out white wedding gowns, some are pressured by the judgements of others if they, for whatever reason, don’t wear the usual dress. However, some of the TikTok comments reflected the ways in which Jäsche is helping people choose what they truly want.
Someone replied to the video, writing, “Omg I just bought a white suit for my wedding and had some doubts about it. But you look so beautiful I love it.”
In fact, it reflects the importance of breaking gender norms

It’s amazing how color and clothing limit so many people, when anyone should feel safe wearing anything. Both Jäsche and her husband wore their suit jackets on the big day, and it was hit.
However, many still feel like suits aren’t for women and pink isn’t for men — when all of those things are for everyone. This story is an opportunity to poke at the absurdity of conformity, and just have fun.
It was all about smiles
It would seem that Jäsche wanted to show a wedding that wasn’t overly concerned with being ‘perfect‘ or ordinary, but full of lighthearted smiles from loved ones. So many people believe weddings have both written and unwritten rules, but for so people around the world — it’s gotta be true for them. Jäsche definitely did what was true for her.
