Not many of us will ever have the privilege of being in the presence of royalty.
But let’s say that by some miracle the stars align and we find ourselves in the same room (or, perhaps stadium), as a queen.

In that case, there’s really no telling how we would react, but we hope we would remember our manners and show them the grace and dignity they deserve.
Now what happens if that queen is none other than the Khaleesi herself, Daenerys Targaryen?
Daenerys Stormborn of the House Targaryen, First of Her Name, the Unburnt, Queen of the Andals and the First Men, Khaleesi of the Great Grass Sea, Breaker of Chains, and Mother of Dragons.
Yeah, that one.
I have a sneaking suspicion most of us would forget everything we’ve ever known and would probably make a fool of ourselves. But I’m sure she’s used to that.
Celebrities are no stranger to attending pro sports games.
Plenty of celebs have been captured on the big screen while they’re enjoy the game. Or, like in David Beckham’s case, they were caught on the Kiss Cam and delighted fans everywhere with their adorable smooches.
When Emilia Clarke showed up to a Houston Rockets game on Friday, people lost it.
After all, not only was this a celebrity attending a game (which in and of itself was pretty awesome), but this was also Daenerys Targaryen sitting courtside. Naturally, this left a lot of people in attendance feeling double starstruck.
Clutch the Rocket Bear had this exact experience when he noticed Emilia at the game.
As it turns out, even bears recognize true royalty when they see it.
Their meeting was captured on video for the world to see, and Clutch didn’t disappoint.
In a video posted to the Houston Rockets Twitter, the mascot can be seen casually walking alongside the court with a coffee cup in hand when he suddenly spots Emilia.
We’re guessing this was the moment his heart briefly stopped beating.
Visibly stunned, the mascot drops his coffee cup (a clever wink to last week’s “Game of Thrones” episode mishap ) and bravely approaches Emilia.
In case you’ve spent the last week still trapped in the Winterfell crypts, apparently the castle now has a Starbucks franchise.
Northerners probably appreciate a hot drink on a cold day, but HBO wasn’t going to allow them to enjoy the comfort for very long.
The accidental to-go cup was swiftly erased from streaming versions.
Now this is where the video gets really cute.
As the bear drops to one knee before her, the camera pans to a clearly embarrassed but also delighted Emilia who laughs and covers her face.
It’s almost as if she didn’t think something like this was going to happen while she attended a basketball game?
As she continues to laugh and the crowd cheers, she realizes the bear is still waiting on one knee.
A queen cannot leave her subjects hanging, right? I think that’s written in the rules somewhere.
In true Khaleesi fashion, she composes herself and holds out her hand to the mascot.
Clutch then stands up, takes her hand, and kisses it.
This might be the most well-mannered and respectful bear in history.

Can I take a moment to appreciate the person they’ve got in charge of the lower third?
You know, the person that needs to keep the score tracker and other onscreen info running across the bottom. They got her whole list of titles in there without breaking a sweat.
So now we know that Daenerys Targaryen isn’t just the Mother of Dragons.
Bears seem to really respect her, too.
I’d watch out if I were you, Cersei.
