As you may have heard, the one and only Betty White just celebrated her 97th birthday!
Being vibrant and spirited at 97-years-old is no easy accomplishment, but Betty White is still rocking it!
She was flooded with birthday messages, but our favorite was definitely from Ryan Reynolds.
As you probably know, Ryan Reynolds is Hollywood’s unofficial funny man.
His social media is good for a laugh on a cloudy day — you can always count on him to be cracking a joke or two.
Ryan actually worked with Betty White back in 2009.
I totally forgot that they starred in The Proposal together!
Oh, and the girl from that one Bird Box movie was also there too I think.
But in case you weren’t sure who the star of _The Proposal_ really was, Betty made it clear.
Spoiler alert: the answer isn’t Sandra or Ryan.
Since 2009, the two have had a long-standing friendship.
It’s actually pretty sweet. Being friends with Betty White would be goals .
I guess being friends with Ryan would be pretty cool too.
A testament to their friendship was Betty’s R-rated review of Ryan’s 2016 blockbuster ‘Deadpool.’
