It’s been an exciting morning for Chris Pratt And Katherine Schwarzenegger! The pair announced their engagement after dating for less than a year — and people definitely have thoughts.
Naturally, Katherine’s mother, Maria Shriver, has weighed in on the happy news as well!

Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger recently announced their engagement on Instagram.
“Sweet Katherine, so happy you said yes! I’m thrilled to be marrying you. Proud to live boldly in faith with you. Here we go!” he wrote , sharing a sweet photo of the two.
They began their relationship back in June of 2018.
And sure, it’s a bit of a whirlwind, but clearly, they know what they want.
A bunch of internet strangers have their opinions on the engagement.
But more importantly, so do those who actually matter in Chris and Katherine’s life.
Chris and Anna Faris separated in 2017 after nine years of marriage.
Still, Anna had nothing but nice things to say to Chris and Katherine, offering up words of support on his Instagram post.
Katherine’s mother, Maria Shriver, also weighed in on the engagement.
“Congratulations to two loving kind caring thoughtful Spirtual people,” she wrote.
“We are so happy for you, you are blessed as is everyone who knows you … yes let’s go,” she added.
So sweet!
Katherine’s brother, Patrick Schwarzenegger, also commented on the post.
Looks like everyone is on board with this engagement.
So far there’s been no word from Arnold, Katherine’s father.
But we’re sure that he sends the same sentiments.
I bet he’s just as excited to have Chris as a son-in-law, as Chris is to have ARNOLD FREAKING SCHWARZENEGGER as his father-in-law.
