JLo and her hubby were reported to have fallen out of escrow on the sprawling love nest they had set their eyes on.
About To Move In?
This is the third home the couple has fallen out of escrow, as per reports. TMZ claims that Lopez and 50-year-old Affleck were all set on this property back in March.
Why The Change Of Mind?
In a nutshell, nobody knows. The Dinero hitmaker and her actor husband were spotted house-hunting wildly for weeks in early 2023. Fans really thought that the singer and her 2000s fiance had settled on a home.
11 Bathrooms!
The Pacific Palisades pad that’s now seemingly back on the market boasts eight bedrooms and a whopping 11 bathrooms!
Pool, Spa, Gym
The property also had plenty of perks for fitness lovers and JLo Beauty founder Lopez. It came complete with a pool, spacious backyard, spa, and full-service gym.

Last month, JLo listed her Bel Air estate for a staggering $42 million. She bought it back in 2015 for $28 million. Talk about netting a profit!

She shared: “I can understand that people have their feelings about it, and that’s okay, too. But if you want to know how I feel about it, I just feel like it’s romantic. It still carries tradition and romance to me, and maybe I’m just that kind of girl.”

Prior to seemingly being set on the $64 million property, JLo and her hubby were said to be eyeing up a smaller space, one still costing over $34 million.
